Launchpad Living was founded by Ryan Phillips and Nick Richey who have been friends since they created their own language together in the sixth grade. Drawing on their personal experiences with ‘failure to launch’ they’re helping the next generation break out of anxiety and into adulthood.

Why Launchpad?
Overcoming anxiety is all about leaning into fear. This is done with young adults in a delicate balance of scaffolding, support, and accountability. That’s what Launchpad Living is about. It’s supportive enough to make growth possible but challenging enough to build confidence.
The idea for Launchpad Living arose from co-founder Ryan Phillips own struggles to ‘launch.’ He became overwhelmed with the concurrent responsibilities of college and adulthood, and experienced heightened levels of anxiety and avoidance as a result.
The goal of Launchpad Living is to help prevent this phenomenon. Launchpad services are expertly designed to help young adults break through avoidance, increase confidence, and develop life skills.
How does Launchpad Living work?
Launchpad Living offers a suite of premium furnishings and services designed with wellness in mind. Residents will sign a service agreement with Launchpad Living in addition to their lease with the designated property management company.
What is included exactly?
Our Launchpads are beautifully furnished with a number of modern amenities to help track and regulate stress, sleep and activity levels.
The Pads are both stylish and highly functional. Fully-furnished means we’ve got you covered from furniture to measuring spoons and everything in-between. Just bring your own linens and towels, and we’ll handle the rest.

How much does this cost?
The monthly fee depends on which room in our current Launchpad you will be renting. Please contact us for specific details.
Does Launchpad Living provide therapy services?
No, Launchpad does not provide psychological or tutoring services directly. However, our Launchpad Concierge is set up to help young adults connect and establish relationships with relevant therapy and tutoring services. Our goal is to make the process of seeking support as easy as possible.
Who do we contact if there's a problem with the unit?
Launchpad residents will be provided with a list of contacts should any issues arise. All problems related to utility services or structural concerns with the unit should be directed to the property management company.
The Launchpad team is happy to help residents navigate these issues and support them in resolving any housing concerns.
Launchpad isn't in my area - can I request Launchpad services at a new location?
Absolutely! The Launchpad team is excited and ready to bring these amazing services to any town. Please fill out the form at the bottom of the website to get in touch.
Are there any hidden fees?
At Launchpad, we believe in total transparency. There are no hidden fees for any of the Launchpad services or amenities, though residents are required to set up their own utility accounts, including internet.
Why am I signing a lease and a service agreement?
Launchpad partners with property managers to offer our exclusive amenities and services at select properties. For this reason, Launchpad provides its own separate service agreement in addition to the standard lease provided by the property management.
